Introduction and Scope of Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User") and uudd ("Platform", "We", "Us", "Our") governing your access to and use of the uudd website located at https://uudd.ws and all associated services, games, and features available thereon. These Terms apply to all users of the platform including visitors, registered players, and any other person accessing the platform in any capacity.

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or otherwise using the uudd platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and that you agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the platform. uudd reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Section 2

Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of services available on the uudd platform, you are required to register a personal account. The following terms govern the registration process and ongoing account management obligations.

• Registration Data — You must provide your real full name, a valid mobile number registered in Bangladesh, and a secure password during registration. uudd will use your mobile number as the primary point of contact for account-related communications.
• KYC Verification — uudd may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process at any time. This may involve submitting a copy of a government-issued identification document such as a National ID Card or passport. Withdrawals above a threshold determined by uudd may be held pending successful KYC completion.
• Account Security — You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility. You must notify uudd support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account Non-Transferability — Your uudd account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your account or any rights attached to it to another person under any circumstances.
• Account Closure — You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting uudd support. Prior to closure, any active wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be settled. Balances remaining after settlement of all obligations will be returned to your nominated payment method.

Section 4

Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

uudd offers various promotional offers including a welcome bonus, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to sporting events such as BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the following terms and any specific terms displayed at the time the promotion is offered.

• Wagering Requirements — All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable rollover multiplier for each bonus is displayed on the relevant promotion page or communicated at the time the bonus is credited. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being voided.
• One Bonus Per Player — Each promotion is available to one eligible account per household, device, IP address, and payment method. uudd reserves the right to withhold bonus payments where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has attempted to circumvent this rule.
• Bonus Expiry — All bonuses and free spins carry an expiry period which will be clearly stated at the time of issue. Bonuses not claimed or activated within the stated period will automatically expire and cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus Abuse — Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate promotional offers — including but not limited to using multiple accounts, collusion, placing opposing bets to guarantee a risk-free outcome, or any other method that uudd determines to be in bad faith — will result in disqualification from the promotion, forfeiture of bonus funds, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Promotion Amendments — uudd reserves the right to alter, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any change to an active promotion will not affect bets already placed under the original promotion terms.

Section 5

Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the uudd platform are subject to individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface. The following general fair play terms apply across all games and betting markets.

• Malfunction Policy — In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, uudd reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return stakes to the player's account. uudd's decision in such cases is final.
• Collusion and Cheating — Any form of cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploiting software errors, or any other conduct that uudd determines to be a form of unfair play is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.
• Bet Acceptance — uudd reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet placed on the platform at its discretion, including bets placed at erroneous odds or prices resulting from a manifest error. Players will be notified and stakes returned where a bet is voided.
• Sporting Event Outcomes — For sports betting markets including cricket, all settlements are based on official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). Results will not be settled on the basis of unofficial sources. In the event of a postponed or abandoned match, uudd's sporting rules for that event type will apply.

Section 7

Account Suspension and Termination

uudd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account, and to withhold or forfeit funds held in that account, in the following circumstances.

• Breach of Terms — Where uudd has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has breached any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to providing false information, operating multiple accounts, or engaging in bonus abuse, uudd may suspend the account immediately without prior notice pending investigation.
• Fraudulent Activity — Where uudd suspects or detects fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal conduct in connection with an account, uudd will suspend the account, withhold any balances pending investigation, and cooperate with relevant authorities as required by applicable law.
• Voluntary Closure — Players who request voluntary account closure will have their remaining balance, after deduction of any applicable bonus-related obligations, returned to their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Self-exclusion requests will be processed immediately and access to the platform will be blocked for the requested exclusion period.

Section 9

Amendments to These Terms

uudd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, uudd will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered contact details or via a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
